Nice apartment with well insulating windows, lovely bathrooms and two balconies. Cheap, squeaky laminated floor was the only real quality issue there. Entrance gate and door locks are always broken and invite swarms of kids from adjacent council houses, who make lots of noise and litter the courtyard, staircases and the garage. Stones were thrown at cars, extremely loud fire alarm was triggered on even 10 times (!) a day at times. Some tenants played loud music and hosted noisy parties almost every weekend, but most were okay. A few quid less than similar standard apartments in the area, but there is plenty of reasons for that.

Nice complex but ultimately, the council house outside do cause a bit of bother, a lot of broken glass on the road, gardai pulling up at the houses quite a bit. Doesn't feel that safe.

Apartment very high quality. Storage heaters were okay, but the building was warm anyway. River at back was lovely, but some people might not like the sound of the river. The agent was quite responsive and the maintenance guy was great, and very quick to fix things. The area is okay, but some of the "cheeky" kids can be a bit annoying.
